All classes will be taught by certified climbing instructors. Climbers will receive progress reports at the end of each session that outlines the students progress.
All class will run for 10 weeks beginning the week of September 10/2018. All prices include Day Pass, Instruction and harness.
Children should have clean indoor footwear. Option to include climbing shoe rental is an additional $30 for the entire program.
Kids That Rock: This program is geared to children 7 years of age and under. The emphasis is on fun and making the new climbers comfortable in a gym environment and moving over rock efficiently. COST: $150 per climber.
FUNdamentals 1: Designed for the climbers first experience with climbing. Learn the climbing basics. Learn: To Belay, develop safety skills, understand basic movement and techniques and learn Climbology (Climbing Terminology). COST: $240 per climber. AGES: 8 - 12.
FUNdamentls 2: Continue to grow your climbing knowledge, skill and passion. This program builds on skills learned in Fundamentals 1. Program content is most often mastered over the course of 2 or 3 sessions. Master intermediate movement and techniques. Learn: Basic training planning, Warming up, Conditioning and team dynamics. *Must have completed Fundamentals 1 or equivalent knowledge*. COST: $240 per climber. AGES: 8 - 12.
Climb for Life/Performance Development: This is for athletes looking to learn about and/or prepare for competition climbing or performance climbing. Learn: Competition formats and tactics, how to train to avoid injury, discover lead climbing and lead belaying, develop transferable indoor to outdoor climbing knowledge. COST: $480 per climber. AGES: 10 - 16.
Competitive: The competitive program is designed for athletes that want to push their climbing to the next level. The focus of this program is having each climber excel at their level and to steadily improve of the course of a competitive season. This program is a personal result based program and a completion placing based program. The completion aspect is for the enjoyment of the sport and the opportunity to meet climbers from other areas and countries. Athletes will be instructed in climbing techniques, fitness, lead climbing, belaying both on top rope and lead, indoor and outdoor climbing, bouldering and proper nutrition for healthy lifestyle. athletes will have the opportunity to compete in a variety of competitions throughout the year in a variety of locations. Training will be Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 and Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00. (SEPT to mid June) and an annual membership, local competition fee and Team shirt.

Silks is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. They use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. The silk lessons are designed to help develop the skills and techniques needed to perform on silks.
